We Give Back to you – 0.10% of your loan on the first 1 year anniversary of every settlement.

Give Back Home Loans has a strong belief in assisting clients with their lending solutions and reaching their goals. The Give Back policy is an ethical decision by Give Back Home Loans to give something back to clients on the 1 year anniversary of every loan settled with the Give Back Home Loans Family.

Once you are welcomed into the family we ensure you of course we celebrate that all important 1st year anniversary of you loan with a Cheque for 0.05% of the settled loan balance in an anniversary card.

1st Anniversary Gift is a cheque addressed to you the client in an Anniversary card to be spent in any way you desire. You may wish to pay down your loan, pay off your credit card, buy gifts for others (we won’t tell anyone) or put it towards your savings for something important in the future.

How much is your 1st Anniversary Gift?

0.05% of the balance of the loan settled a year earlier:  So,

• $250,000 Loan = $250 1st Anniversary Gift
• $500,000 Loan = $500 1st Anniversary Gift
• $750,000 Loan = $750 1st Anniversary Gift
• $1,000,000 Loan = $1,000 1st Anniversary Gift
• $1,250,000 Loan = $1,250 1st Anniversary Gift
