Give Back Home Loans understands how important having a home is to all New Zealanders and while we help New Zealanders reach the dream of owning their own home everyday, we are aware and concerned for all the New Zealanders that are struggling.

We Give Back $50 to Charity for every loan we settle to help underprivileged New Zealanders and reduce Homelessness.

Auckland City Mission – http://www.aucklandcitymission.org.nz/

  • Over the last 12 months the Mission:
  • Provided 11,349 emergency food parcels to families and individuals in desperate need
  • Offered 26 regular activities in our Homeless Activity Programme
  • Completed 899 emergency housing assessments
  • Reached out 2,193 times to Auckland’s rough sleepers
  • Housed 166 homeless people
  • Provided 222,835 hot drinks during the 41,228 visits to our Homeless Community Drop-In Centre
  • Assisted 210 isolated elderly
  • Provided 10,239 consultations at our medical centre
  • Completed 962 drug and alcohol assessments
  • Admitted 386 people to our residential drug & alcohol centre
  • Distributed $2.5m worth of food distributed via Foodlink and through our Crisis Care services
  • Supported 80 other community organisations supported with food.

We aim to help people in the Wellington community who:

  • Need help in coping with difficult personal or family circumstances
  • Are unable to care for themselves
  • Require emergency assistance
  • Cannot cope in mainstream education
  • Are unemployed
  • Are alone and seek social interaction with their community
  • Seek spiritual guidance

  • Chistmas groceries $45 – $45.00 will top up a family’s emergency Christmas grocery order
  • Safe nights sleep $88 – $88.00 provides a safe, dry bed for a night in the Women’s Night Shelter
  • Battling addiction $123 –  $123.00 gives a week’s Home Detox support to a person battling their addiction
  • Budgeting support $259 – $259.00 provides a family with budget guidance as they get back on track
